The office of agronomist - civil engineer Marina Stergiou is active in the field of technical studies and projects, private and public.
Its goal is the comprehensive treatment of technical problems related to the responsibilities of the agronomist surveyor engineer, with consistency, speed, reliability and responsibility. Tools in this effort are knowledge, experience, modern technical equipment, perseverance and understanding.
I SAVE RESIDENTS
The Program consists in providing financial incentives to the beneficiaries, in the form of a grant and a loan with an interest rate subsidy, for energy saving interventions in the domestic building sector, with the aim of reducing energy needs and reducing the consumption of conventional fuels, in the context of the transition to a " Energy Efficient House".
The conditions for inclusion of a residence in the Program are:
To be used as a main residence.
That it has not been deemed demolishable
To exist legally, i.e. to have a building permit or other legalizing document (e.g. settlement with the laws of the arbitrary).
To have been classified based on the Energy Performance Certificate (PEA), which has been issued after 26/11/2017, in a category lower than or equal to C.
The energy saving program subsidizes:
Replacement of frames
Installing/upgrading thermal insulation
Heating/cooling system upgrade
Domestic hot water systems (DHW) using A.P.E.
With the "Save-Self-Employment" Program:
you are upgrading your primary residence,
you save energy and money
contribute to the protection of the environment

The topographical diagram is a study that captures the plan of the existing state of the property and the buildings/other structures on it, in combination with the application of the institutional framework that governs the property (institutional lines, declarations) and is differentiated according to its imminent use .For its compilation, special knowledge of the sciences of geodesy, cartography as well as urban planning legislation is required.,

Our office undertakes the preparation of the dossier of supporting documents:
the application to the Municipality for the granting of a certificate that the store can be established in the specific location,

Building permits
Our office undertakes the issuance of building permits in cooperation with experienced colleagues, from the conception of the plan to the delivery of the building in its original form.
Electronic Building Identity
The electronic building identity is an electronic system for recording the country's real estate and buildings, which will be fully interconnected with the General Secretariat of Information Systems of the Ministry of Finance, the Land Registry and PPC.
It is a tool to prevent arbitrary construction and at the same time a new weapon of crossing elements for urban planning and tax purposes.
